Jan-Floris Boer

Jan-Floris started more seriously with photography in 1995 with a journey to the beautiful city of Venice. Three years later, in 1998, he started visiting the famous "Carnival di Venezia". This resulted in numerous beautiful images of masks and their stunning costumes and dresses.

Meanwhile his interest in buildings led to architectural photography and as a contrast the exploration of beautiful landscapes. The photography of masks almost naturally led to portrait photography.
